Training objectives:This major meets the needs of social and economic development for high-quality foreign language talents. It is based in Guizhou and serves the southwest region. Adhering to the OBE concept, it cultivates high-quality application-oriented talents with unity of knowledge and action, strong practical ability, high information literacy, comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor, and innovation and entrepreneurship literacy. This major implements the talent training model of "English + professional direction". In addition to mastering good basic English knowledge, students also have relevant professional knowledge,such as tourism, cross-border e-commerce, and foreign-related hotels. They can better use English language skills, cross-cultural communication skills, English-Chinese translation skills, and foreign-related business practice skills. They have a certain international perspective and can adapt to the needs of economic and social development in Guizhou Province and surrounding provinces.
